Parking: the site operates a pay-and-display parking system. There is a special price of £3 from 6pm for anyone attending the event. When parking in the area reserved for the cinema event, purchase a ticket for up to 2 hours (£3) from one of our machines and when we do car park checks we will know that you are there for the event and will extend the time.

Times: Entry to the event from 7.15pm, film starts at 8.45pm, ends at 10.55pm (timings are approximate and subject to weather conditions on the night).

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night.

Seating – Premium Deckchair Seat tickets: if you have booked a premium deckchair, these will be located in the front section of the venue. The seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (you are guaranteed a seat, so don’t worry, and we’ll assist in making sure you can sit with friends if you’ve booked chairs separately from each other). Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the film start time.

Seating – BYO Seat tickets: please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or similar to the screening. Anyone arriving with high-backed camping chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear.

Food and Drink: Hot food, drinks and snacks will be available at the show, including pizza, nachos and paninis, plus homemade cakes, sweets and ice creams. A choice of beers, ciders, wine, prosecco, gin and Pimms will also be on sale, plus hot drinks and soft drinks. You are also welcome to bring your own picnics, including food and soft drinks, but (due to licensing rules) please don’t bring your own alcohol to the show. Usual licensing rules apply, no alcohol to be drunk by or supplied to under 18s. Please do not bring glasses or glass bottles to the event, only plastic and cans.

Other Useful Info: please bring practical, warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or put in bins at the venue. Please bring insect repellent if you want to use it, there can be a few midges at dusk.

Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this information on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!

Terms and Conditions: the organiser reserves the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Usual film certification rules apply. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area. Please move to the rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to smoke or vape.
