Location: Cotswold Airport can be found off the A433 between Tetbury and Cirencester, sat nav postcode GL7 6BA. Google Maps link: https://bit.ly/2L8HJMH. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance to the airport is off the A433 Cirencester to Tetbury Road NOT the A429 Malmesbury Road.
Parking: Free parking for all visitors from 7pm, disabled parking also available. Please follow signage and steward instructions.
Times: Entry to the venue from 7pm, film starts at 8.30pm, ends at 10.15pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night).
Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night.
Food and Drink: Delicious hot food will be available, including hog roast, bratwurst sausages and jacket potatoes for vegetarians. A full event bar will also be in operation selling alcohol, soft drinks and sweets and crisps. We please ideally prefer no picnics or soft drinks are brought into the event, due to the nature of the venue and licensing. If you do bring your own picnics onto site, ALL WASTE MUST BE TAKEN AWAY WITH YOU. No alcohol is permitted to be brought onto the site. Normal licensing rules apply, no alcohol to be drunk by or supplied to under 18s. Please do not bring glasses or glass bottles, only plastic and cans.
Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be reserved in your name at the front of the screening area right up until the start of the film. You will be given free popcorn and a blanket to use for the evening. A refundable deposit of £2 will be required for each blanket, which will be given back to you when you return your blanket at the end of the screening.
General Entry Seats: Please remember to bring your own picnic rug, beanbag, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Rugs and beanbags will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Customers arriving with high backed chairs (above shoulder height) may be asked to sit to the sides or rear, if blocking the view of others.
Paying on the Door: the screenings are sold out, no tickets will be available on the door. There are however a limited number of upgrades available from general admission to a beanbag or deckchair, which can be paid on the day on a first come first served basis.
Other Useful Info: please bring warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm if needed. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night.
Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!
Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area. Please move to the rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to smoke or vape.
