Parking: Free parking for all visitors from 6.30pm, please follow steward instructions as required
Times: Entry to the screening area from 6.30pm, film starts 8pm, ends at 9.45pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night).
Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night. If you can’t find your e-tickets, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Paying on the Door: a limited number of BYO seat tickets will be available on the door, priced £14 adult (16+), £12 child (under 16), please note we only accept cash on the gate
Food and Drink: We respectfully ask you not to bring your own food and drink to this event. The venue will feature a full event bar selling alcohol and soft drinks, as well as hot drinks. The Food Box will be offering up freshly cooked, wood-fired pizzas including Classic Margherita, Spicy Pepperoni, Antipasti and Classic Vegetarian. World of Sweets will be selling sweets, chocolate and popcorn. PLEASE NOTE: Cash only will be accepted on the night at the outdoor food and drink stands.
Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Deckchair Seat, this will be located at the front of the screening area. If attending with a large group we advise you to arrive early to ensure you can all sit together. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. A refundable deposit of £5 cash will be required for each blanket, which will be given back to you when you return it to us at the end of the film.
General Entry Seats: Please remember to bring your own picnic rug, beanbag, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Rugs and beanbags will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Anyone arriving with high-backed chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear to avoid blocking the view of other customers.
What to Wear: Please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed toe footwear is also sensible.
Other Useful Info: Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening or use the light on your phone. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.
Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins.
Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to designated smoking areas should you wish to do this.
