Parking: Parking is extremely limited at The Hall so is strictly reserved for those with mobility requirements. Please contact us in advance to book a parking space at: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you specific arrival instructions.
We encourage all other visitors to walk from Bradford on Avon town centre (where parking can be found at the train station, approximately a 10 minute walk from The Hall).
Times: Entry to the screening area from 6:45pm, film starts 8.15pm, ends at 9.50pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night).
Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night. If you can’t find your e-tickets, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Food and Drink: The venue will have a bar, cinema style snacks including popcorn, hot drinks and grilled sandwiches available to buy. You are welcome to bring your own picnic but we respectfully ask you not to bring your own alcohol.
Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be reserved at the front of the screening area right up until the start of the film. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. A refundable deposit of £5 cash will be required for each blanket, which will be given back to you when you return it at the end of the film.
General Entry Seats: Please remember to bring your own picnic rug, beanbag, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Rugs and beanbags will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Anyone arriving with high-backed chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear.
What to Wear: Please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed toe footwear is also sensible.
Other Useful Info: Please bring a torch for the return trip or use the light on your phone. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.
Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins.
Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere onsite.
