Parking: Free parking for all visitors from 7.30pm. Please follow steward instructions.
Times: Entry to the screening area from 7.30pm, film starts 9pm, ends at 10.40pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night)
Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night. If you can’t find your e-tickets, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Food and Drink: You are welcome to bring your own picnics, however there will be plenty of food outlets at the showground, plus get into the 1960s vibe on board an iconic red vintage 1967 London Routemaster bus, The Big Red Bus Bar, serving quality real ales from local breweries and all your other favourite tipples.
Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be located at the front of the screening area. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. A refundable deposit of £5 will be required for each blanket, which will be given back to you when you return it at the end of the film. It’s helpful if you can bring a lovely crisp fiver or exact change on the night!
General Entry Seats: Please remember to bring your own picnic rug, beanbag, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Rugs and beanbags will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Anyone arriving with high-backed chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear.
Paying on the Night: Tickets will be available on the gate, please note we only accept cash. Premium deckchair seats are £20 and BYO seat tickets are £15.
What to Wear: Please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed toe footwear is also sensible too. Fancy dress is of course optional! Why not get into the spirit of the swinging 60s and don some 1960s clothes? The best dressed person, as identified by the Rotary will win a special prize!
Other Useful Info: Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening or use the light on your phone. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.
Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins.
Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to designated smoking areas should you wish to do this.
