Parking: free parking for all visitors from 6pm, follow steward directions/arrows for additional parking should the main hotel car park be full
Times: entry to the screening area from 6pm, film starts at 7.30pm, ends 9.15pm (timings are approximate and subject to weather conditions on the night)
Tickets: please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night. If you can’t find your e-tickets, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Pre-Order Cinema Picnic: pre-order your cinema picnic for the show, including Gourmet Burger, with Salad & Slaw, Retro Sweets and Popcorn (Vegetarian option also available). £15 per person in advance, more on the night. Food and Drink on the night: Cowley Manor will be serving gourmet burgers, plus salads, slaw and vegetarian option. There will also be a pop-up bar, which will also be serving special screening promotions of house Fizz, wine and summer Rose, plus beers and soft drinks, plus popcorn and sweets. We therefore respectfully ask you not to bring your own food and drink.
Premium Seat tickets: if you have booked a Premium Seat, these will be located at the front of the screening area. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening (PLEASE NOTE: a £5 refundable deposit (cash only) will be required for your blanket, which you’ll be given back on its return at the end of the show)
BYO Seat tickets: please remember to bring your own picnic rug, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Rugs will be located on the lawn at the front, with deckchairs and camping chairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Anyone arriving with high-backed chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear.
What to Wear: Please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed toe footwear is also sensible too.
Other Useful Info: Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening, or use the light on your phone. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.
Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas allowed in the screening area once the film begins.
Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to designated smoking areas should you wish to do this.
