Parking: Free parking for all visitors from 7.30pm, disabled parking also available.
Times: Entry to the venue from 7.30pm, films start at 9pm (or thereabouts depending on weather conditions), film ends at 10.40pm.
Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night.
Food and Drink: You are welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks, but please no alcohol. Beechenhurst Cafe will be serving up hot food, cinema snacks, teas, coffees and soft drinks, while our event bar from Honeychurch Events will offer beer, lager, cider, wines, prosecco and gin. PLEASE NOTE: cash only will be accepted on the night at the event bar and outdoor food and drink kiosk, no card payment facility available. Card payments can be taken in the onsite café. Normal licensing rules apply, no alcohol to be drunk by or supplied to under 18s. Please do not bring glasses or glass bottles, only plastic and cans.
Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be reserved in your name at the front of the screening area right up until the start of the film. You will be given free popcorn and a blanket to use for the evening. A refundable deposit of £2 will be required for each blanket, which will be given back to you when you return your blanket at the end of the screening.
General Entry Seats: Please remember to bring your own picnic rug, beanbag, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Rugs and beanbags will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs to the sides and behind, so that everyone gets a good view. If you arrive with a high-backed camping chair you may be asked to sit at the side or rear, so as not to block the view of others.
Paying on the Door: Tickets will be on sale on the door, priced at £10 for under 16s/students, £13 for adults. PLEASE NOTE: cash only for tickets purchased on the night.
Other Useful Info: please bring warm, waterproof clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm if needed. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night.
Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!
Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area. Please move to the rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to smoke or vape, and please dispose of litter responsibly.
