Parking: Free parking for all visitors from 8.15pm

Times: Entry to the screening area from 8.15pm, film starts 9.45pm, ends at 11.30pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night).

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll be viewing these from a minimum of 1m distance, please follow guidance from our staff at the ticket tent. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night. The show is sold out, no tickets will be available on the gate.

Personal Health: if you are shielding, or experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, please do not attend the event. We will be happy to offer you a voucher for a future screening, or for you to give your ticket to someone else.

Social Distancing Seating Arrangements (Bring Your Own Seat Tickets): socially distanced seating pitches will be laid out in front of the screen. Members of each group must be from the same family or social bubble. If you will be visiting as part of a large group (30 people maximum in line with current guidelines), please arrange to arrive at the same time and meet up close to the ticket office so you can be allocated pitches alongside each other. Adjoining pitches are not guaranteed, but we will try! Don’t forget to bring your own low-backed camping chair or deckchair!

Social Distancing Seating Arrangements (Premium Deckchair Seats): customers who have purchased premium deckchair seats will have seats pre-positioned at the front of the venue, reserved by name and distanced by us prior to arrival. Please do not move the seats. All deckchairs will have been cleaned and sanitised prior to use.

Using Aisles: there will be 1m+ through routes on all sides of each seating pitch to allow for arrival, departure and toilet trips. Please respect social distancing arrangements and each other when moving around at the event and follow instructions from event security and stewards.

Food and Drink: please don’t bring your own food and drink to the event. The venue will be firing up their fantastic alfresco pizza oven, and an outdoor bar will be open, serving cocktails, wines, prosecco, beers and soft drinks, plus cinema snacks. What to Wear: Please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed toe footwear is also sensible. Even on a hot day it can get nippy after dark!

Other Useful Info: Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening or use the light on your phone. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.

Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins.

Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to designated smoking areas should you wish to do this.
