Event date: Friday 11 June

Parking: Free parking for all visitors from 8pm, please follow steward instructions and route signage. Please maintain social distancing on your approach to the ticket tent, floor markers will offer you guidance in the queuing area.

Times: Entry to the screening area from 8.15pm, film starts 9.45pm, ends at 11.30pm.

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll be viewing these from a minimum of 1m distance, please follow guidance from our staff at the ticket tent. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night. The show is sold out, no tickets will be available on the night.

Personal Health: if you are shielding, or experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, please do not attend the event. We will be happy to offer you a voucher for a future screening, or for you to give your ticket to someone else.

Social Distancing Seating Arrangements (Standard Entry Tickets – BYO seat): socially distanced seating pitches will be provided for each group in attendance. Don’t forget to bring your own low-backed camping chair or deckchair!

Social Distancing Seating Arrangements (Premium Seats – Reserved Deckchairs): customers who have purchased premium deckchair seats will have seats pre-positioned at the front of the venue, reserved by name and distanced by us prior to arrival. Please do not move the seats. All deckchairs will have been cleaned and sanitised prior to use. Blankets are provided for the evening with premium seats, and these have been cleaned between shows.

Toilets: toilets are located inside the hotel. You’ll need to wear a face mask when using the toilets, as well as following one way systems as instructed and checking into the venue via the NHS app, or leaving contact details for Test and Trace.

Food and Drink: you are not permitted to bring your own food and drink to this event. A hot food menu will be available, and a bar will be in operation. Card payments only at the outdoor food and drink stands.

What to Wear: Please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed toe footwear is also sensible.

Other Useful Info: Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening or use the light on your phone. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.

Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. Please keep an eye on your inbox, spam folder and our social media channels in the run up to an event if the weather’s looking a bit ‘dodgy’, all customers would be contacted by e-mail if we needed to postpone or cancel due to very poor or hazardous weather.

Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to the sides or rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to do this.
