Films: The Goonies (May 26), Mamma Mia (May 27). Please note: due to local noise regulations, the soundtrack to the film will be broadcast through wireless headphones which will be given to ticket holders on arrival.

Event times: gates open 8pm, films start at 9.30pm, end at 11.20pm

Venue: Llanthony Secunda Priory, Priory Junction, Gloucester, GL2 5FA

Directions/Parking:  there is no general parking available at the venue. paid parking is available at the nearby Gloucestershire College, Gloucester Quays or Historic Docks, a short canalside walk from the venue. Disabled parking is available at the venue, but must be pre-booked by e-mailing info@alfrescofilm.co.uk with vehicle registration details. For directions to the venue, please click HERE

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night.

Food and Drink: enjoy amazing wood-fired, Neapolitan pizza slices courtesy of fantastic Gloucester producers Fabioni’s, washed down with ice-cold West Country craft ciders, plus draught lager, wine and prosecco from local producers Just Pressed Cider. The priory’s own Clements Café will also be open, selling hot drinks, popcorn and ice-creams. You are also welcome to bring picnics to the show, but due to licensing regulations, no alcohol may be brought into the event. Bag searches may be in operation.

Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be located at the front of the screening area and reserved for you right up until the start of the film. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. Please leave the blanket on your deckchair at the end of the show for us to collect.

General Entry Seats: Please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or picnic blanket to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Guests arriving with high-backed chairs may be asked to sit at the sides or rear.

Other Useful Info: please bring practical, warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night. No dogs allowed (except assistance dogs). Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to the sides or rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to do this. Please don’t bring any glass or sharp items to the event. Strictly no fires or BBQs.

Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. Please keep an eye on your inbox, spam folder and our social media channels in the run-up to an event if the weather forecast is looking particularly bad, all customers would be contacted by e-mail if we needed to postpone or cancel due to very poor or hazardous weather.

Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening.
