Dates: Thurs 8 July (Pretty Woman), Friday 9 July (Rocketman), Sat 10 July (Jurassic Park)

Location: Cirencester Park, Cirencester. Entry to the event is via the Cecily Hill Gates only (the main entrance to Cirencester Park). The park location can be found HERE

Parking: there is no general parking available for Cirencester Park. However, free parking is available after 6pm in most of the car parks in the town centre, a short walk from the event. For details of town centre car parks, please click HERE. Please do not drive up Cecily Hill towards the park unless using disabled parking or dropping off disabled guests/people with limited mobility.

Disabled Parking: A limited number of disabled parking spaces are available close to the event entrance (access via Cecily Hill, please follow steward instructions on your approach to the park gates, and advise us if we can do anything to help).

Times: gates open at 8pm each night, with films beginning at 9.30pm after sunset, and ending at 11.30pm approximately.

Food and Drink: you are welcome to bring your own picnics to this event. However, due to licencing regulations, you are not permitted to bring alcohol. The park’s resident coffee hub ‘Beano‘ will be overflowing with popcorn, Pimms and Prosecco, as well as beers, cinema snacks, delicious cakes and hot drinks. In addition, the lovely folks from Katie’s will be serving up freshly prepared gourmet burgers, hot dogs, katsu curry and more.

Card payments are preferred at food and drink stalls, but cash will be accepted too. Normal licensing rules apply, no alcohol to be drunk by or supplied to under 18s. Please do not bring glasses or glass bottles, only plastic and cans. We also ask that if bringing picnics, you take all litter home with you at the end of the night.

Tickets: please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along with you. If you can’t find your confirmation, receipt or e-ticket e-mail, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Paying on the Door: BYO seat tickets will be available on the gate for all screenings, priced at £14 adult (16 and over) and £12 concessions (under 16, student, NHS staff). Card payments are preferred, but cash will be accepted too.

Personal Health: if you are shielding, or experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, please do not attend the event. We will be happy to offer you a voucher for a future screening, or for you to give your ticket to someone else.

Social Distancing Seating Arrangements (Standard Entry Tickets – Bring Your Own Seat): seating pitches will be laid out in front of the screen with socially distanced spaces provided for each group. Members of each group must be from the same family or social bubble of up to 30 people. Pitches will be allocated from front to back, on a first come, first served basis. Don’t forget to bring your own low-backed camping chair or deckchair!

Social Distancing Seating Arrangements (Premium Seats – Reserved Deckchairs): customers who have purchased premium deckchair seats with blankets will have seats pre-positioned at the front of the venue, reserved by name and distanced by us prior to arrival. Please do not move the seats. All deckchairs and blankets will have been cleaned and sanitised prior to use.

Using Aisles: there will be 1m+ through routes on all sides of each seating pitch to allow for socially distanced movement around the event. Please respect social distancing arrangements and each other and follow instructions from event security and stewards.

Toilets: there will be dedicated event toilet facilities on site. Please wear face masks when using these toilets and remember to wash/sanitise your hands regularly and thoroughly.

Other Useful Info: please bring warm, waterproof clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm if needed. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the evening screenings. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the show.

Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!

Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area. Please move to the rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to smoke or vape.
