Films/dates: Ghostbusters Afterlife (Fri 19 August), Grease (Sat 20 August), JAWS (Sun 21 August)
Times: entry to the screening location from 7.15pm, all films begin at 8.45pm. Ghostbusters Afterlife ends at 10.45pm, Grease ends at 10.35pm, JAWS ends at 10.45pm (all timings are approximate and subject to weather conditions on the night).

Parking: free parking in the main Sandford Parks Lido car park from 7.15pm
Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night.
Headphones: all customers will be given a pair of wireless headphones on entry, which will be used to broadcast the film’s soundtrack (this is necessary due to local noise regulations at the venue). Please return the headphones to our staff at the exit at the end of the screening.
Food and Drink: enjoy amazing coffees from Stimulatte and a great bar from the fantastic Just Pressed Cider, selling their own locally produced ciders, plus beer, Prosecco, wine and soft drinks. Sadly our planned hot food operator is unable to attend due to illness. However, you may bring your own picnics or hot food, or have takeaway food delivered to the gate. Due to licensing regulations, no alcohol can be brought into the venue, but soft drinks are welcome. Normal licensing rules apply, no alcohol to be drunk by or supplied to under 18s. Please do not bring glasses or glass bottles, only plastic and cans. Bag searches may be in operation.
Premium Deckchair Seat tickets: if you have booked a premium deckchair seat, this will be reserved at the front of the screening area right up until the start of the film. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the film start time. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. Please leave the blanket on your seat at the end of the show.
BYO Seat tickets: please remember to bring your own picnic blanket, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located on the ground at the front, with deckchairs and camping chairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Anyone arriving with high-backed camping chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear.
Other Useful Info: Please bring warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm if needed. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere in the Lido grounds. Customers wishing to smoke or vape can leave the venue and re-enter as needed.
Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!
Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Usual film certification rules apply.
