Parking: Free parking for all visitors, follow the OPEN AIR CINEMA signs from the Farm Shop on arrival to the parking area where our stewards will assist.

Times: Pulp Fiction (6 Sept): entry from 6.30pm, film starts 8pm, ends at 10.35pm, Shaun of the Dead (7 Sept): entry from 6.45pm, film starts 8.15pm, ends at 9.50pm. Note: timings are approximate and subject to weather conditions on the night.

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night. If you can’t find your e-tickets, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Food and Drink: Please don’t bring your own food and drink to this event. Over Farm will be providing delicious food and drink, including hand pressed 6oz burgers, real pork hot dogs and spicy bean burgers (Vegetarian/Vegan friendly) plus ice cream, popcorn, sweets and event bar selling Prosecco, Pimms, local ales and ciders and soft drinks.  PLEASE NOTE: cash only will be accepted on the night at the outdoor food tent, cash and card payments over £5 will be accepted at the bar.

Premium Seat Tickets: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be reserved in your name at the front of the screening area right up until the start of the film. You will be given free popcorn and a blanket to use for the evening. A refundable deposit of £2 will be required for each blanket, which will be given back to you when you return your blanket at the end of the screening.

Bring Your Own Seat Tickets: Please remember to bring your own picnic rug, beanbag, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Rugs and beanbags will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs to the sides and behind, so that everyone gets a good view. If you arrive with a high-backed camping chair you may be asked to sit at the side or rear, so as not to block the view of others.

Paying on the Door: Bring Your Own Seat tickets will be available on the door; we can only take cash payments on the night.

What To Wear: as we’re approaching the end of the season, it’s not as warm as it was after night falls! Please remember to bring plenty of layers, plus something waterproof, and maybe a blanket or something similar to wrap up warm in. Closed footwear is also a good idea, you’ll be in a field!

Other Useful Info: please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening or for toilet trips during the film – it’ll be dark! Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night.

Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!

Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area. Please move to the sides or rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to smoke or vape.
