Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night.

Paying on the Gate: Tickets will be on sale on the gate, and can be paid for with cash or card.

COVID Measures: As restrictions have now been lifted in England, we won’t be asking you to wear facemasks to the event, or to socially distance from each other. However, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask at any point, this is fine with us, and we’ll also make sure there’s enough room at the event for you to sit a reasonable distance from neighbouring groups. All premium deckchair seats will be distanced by group. If you are shielding, or experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, please do not attend the event.

Food and Drink: You are welcome to bring picnics to the event, but please support this community centre fundraiser by not bringing alcoholic or soft drinks to the show and buying from the bar at the venue instead. The guys from Gloucester’s amazing Hooker & Eight will also be onsite selling their incredible pizzas from their Openside horsebox pizza oven, and Pud Puds will be bringing their delicious dessert van along too!

Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be located at the front of the screening area and reserved for you right up until the start of the film. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. Please leave the blanket on your deckchair at the end of the show for us to collect.

General Entry Seats: Please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or picnic blanket to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Guests arriving with high-backed chairs may be asked to sit at the sides or rear.

Other Useful Info: please bring practical, warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or use the bins at the venue.

Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this information on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!

Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Usual film certification rules apply. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area. Please move to the rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to smoke or vape.
