Event date: Saturday 26 June

Parking: The site operates a pay and display parking system. There is a special price of £3 from 6pm for anyone attending the event. When parking in the area reserved for the cinema event, purchase a ticket for up to 2 hours (£3) from one of our machines and when we do car park checks we will know that you are there for the event and will extend the time. Please follow the event parking signs on arrival and park in the designated area as these areas will be lit for exit. Please maintain social distancing on your trip from the car park to the event area.

Times: Entry to the screening area from 8pm, film starts 9.45pm, ends at 11.35pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night).

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night. Tickets will also be available on the gate, and we can accept cash or card payments.

Personal Health: if you are shielding, or experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, please do not attend the event. We will be happy to offer you a voucher for a future screening, or for you to give your ticket to someone else.

Social Distancing Seating Arrangements (Standard Entry Tickets – Bring Your Own Seat): seating pitches will be laid out in front of the screen with 2m x 2m spaces provided for each group. Members of each group must be from the same family or social bubble of up to 30 people. Pitches will be allocated from front to back, on a first come, first served basis. Don’t forget to bring your own low-backed camping chair or deckchair!

Social Distancing Seating Arrangements (Premium Seats – Reserved Deckchairs): customers who have purchased premium deckchair seats with blankets will have seats pre-positioned at the front of the venue, reserved by name and distanced by us prior to arrival. Please do not move the seats. All deckchairs and blankets will have been cleaned and sanitised prior to use.

Using Aisles: there will be 1m+ through routes on all sides of each seating pitch to allow for socially distanced movement around the event. Please respect social distancing arrangements and each other and follow instructions from event security and stewards.

Toilets: there will be toilet facilities on site. Please wear face masks when using indoor toilet facilities and remember to wash your hands regularly and thoroughly..

Food and Drink:You are welcome to bring your own picnics, including food and soft drinks, but please don’t bring your own alcohol. The onsite café will be open for takeaways all evening with lots of great food and a full bar. Last orders at the bar will be 10:30pm. Food on offer- Hot Dogs (£3.75), Nachos (£3.95), Cheesy chips (£3.50), Paninis (£6.75). Normal licensing rules apply, no alcohol to be drunk by or supplied to under 18s. Please do not bring glasses or glass bottles to the event, only plastic and cans. Your bags may be checked on entry by security.

What to Wear: Please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed toe footwear is also sensible.

Other Useful Info: Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening or use the light on your phone. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night.

Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins.

Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to the sides or rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to do this.
