Parking: free parking is available at the venue
Times: Elf – doors open 5.30pm, film begins 6.15pm, ends 7.50pm; Love Actually – doors open 8.15pm, film begins 9pm, ends 11.15pm
Tickets: please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-tickets with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at the ticket desk on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along with you. If you can’t find your e-tickets, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Food and Drink: please do not bring your own food and drink to the screenings. The venue will be operating an event bar, including mulled wine, alcoholic and soft drinks, hot chocolate and seasonal treats to eat. Usual licencing rules apply, no alcohol will be sold to under 18s. Challenge 21 in operation.
Seating: all seating is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating will be a mixture of chairs on the floor and pews to each side of the chapel. There’s no need to bring your own seats as customers do at our open-air shows in the summer! COVID Measures: if you have Covid symptoms, please do not attend the event. We will be happy to offer you a voucher for a future screening. In line with the latest government guidance for hotels, you’re not obliged to wear a face covering, however you are of course more than welcome to if it makes you feel more at ease.
Terms and Conditions: the management reserve the right to refuse entry. Please be courteous to your fellow audience members and switch your phones to silent during the shows.
