Parking: free parking for all visitors in the main car park and overflow car park as required.
Times: entry to the screening area from 8pm, film starts 9.30pm, ends at 11.10pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night).
Tickets: please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night. If you can’t find your e-tickets, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Food and Drink: you are welcome to bring picnics, but no alcohol is permitted, and please don’t bring any glass. Our event bar courtesy of Honeychurch Events will be serving beer, lager, cider, wines, prosecco, gin and soft drinks plus sweets and popcorn, and the lovely folks from Stimulatte will be serving up amazing gourmet coffee including latte, cappucino, mocha, espresso, machiato, latte over ice, Vietnamese style coffee plus tea and hot chocolate. PLEASE NOTE: cash only will be accepted on the night at the outdoor bar and coffee shop.
Premium Seats: if you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be reserved in your name at the front of the screening area right up until the start of the film. You will be given free popcorn and a blanket to use for the evening. A £2 fully refundable deposit is required for your blanket.
General Entry Seats: please remember to bring your own picnic rug, beanbag, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Rugs and beanbags will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Anyone arriving with high-backed chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear.
Paying on the Door: tickets will be available on the door – PLEASE NOTE – cash payments only. Don’t forget to bring your own seating.
Other Useful Info: please bring warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm if needed. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night.
Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!
Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere in this venue due to the nature of the premises, if you wish to smoke or vape please go out of the venue into the main car park and use the smoking area there. No dogs allowed (other than assistance dogs – please contact the venue in advance should you wish to bring an assistance dog).
