Free parking for all visitors from 8.15pm
Entry to the screening area from 8.15pm, film starts 9.45pm, ends at 11.25pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night)
Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night. If you can’t find your e-tickets, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Food and Drink:
The Elms will be serving hot barbeque food. There will also be a beer and prosecco bar, which will also be serving soft drinks. We therefore respectfully ask you not to bring your own food and drink. PLEASE NOTE: cash only will be accepted on the night at the outdoor food and drink tents.
If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be reserved in your name at the front of the screening area right up until the start of the film. You will be given free popcorn and a blanket to use for the evening. A refundable deposit of £3 will be required for each blanket, which will be given back to you when you return your blanket at the end of the film
General Entry Seats:
Please remember to bring your own picnic rug, beanbag, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Rugs and beanbags will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Anyone arriving with high-backed chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear
Paying on the Door:
Tickets will be available on the door – PLEASE NOTE – cash payments only. Don’t forget to bring your own seating.
Other Useful Info:
Please bring warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm if needed. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our stewards at the end of the screening
Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas allowed in the screening area once the film begins
