Date: Saturday 4 June

Location: the screening will take place in an area known as ‘Harleys Tyning’ on the Gatcombe Estate, with access directly into the screening area from Hampton Hill (travelling from Avening) and Woefuldane Bottom (coming from Minchinhampton Village). The entry point will be signposted on the evening of the show. Parking: parking is free and located in the event field, close to the screen.

Times: entry to the event from 8pm, film starts at 9.30pm, ends at 11.45pm (timings are approximate and subject to weather conditions on the night).

Tickets: please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night.

Paying on the gate: tickets will be on sale on the gate, and can be paid for with cash or card.

Food and Drink: please bring your own picnics to the event, but make sure you clear all your litter and take it home at the end of the show, or give it to our staff to dispose of for you. There will be no catering stands available at this event.

Premium Seats: if you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be located at the front of the screening area and reserved for you right up until the start of the film. Please take your seat no later than 15 minutes before the film begins. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. Please leave the blanket on your deckchair at the end of the show for us to collect.

General Entry Seats: please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or picnic blanket to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Guests arriving with high-backed chairs may be asked to sit at the sides or rear. Please be seated no later than 15 minutes before the film begins.

Other Useful Info: please bring practical, warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or use the bins at the venue. Toilets will be available at the event.

Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this information on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!

Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Usual film certification rules apply. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area. Please move to the rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to smoke or vape.
