Film: Bohemian Rhapsody (12A)

Parking: the site operates an ANPR parking system. There is a special price of £3 from 6pm for anyone attending the event, please pay cash at the box office when you check-in, your registration number will then be added to the system. Please bring the correct change, follow the signs and park in the area reserved for the cinema event. If you wish to pay by card, you can pay at one of the machines on exit, however this will be charged at our normal parking rate (£3 for up to two hours and £5 for the full day).

Times: Entry to the event from 7.30pm, film starts at 9pm, ends at 11.15pm (timings are approximate and subject to weather conditions on the night). If you wish to enjoy the site before the film our special parking charges apply from 6pm for anyone attending, prior to this normal parking conditions apply.

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night.

Food and Drink: Hot food, drinks and snacks will be available at the show, including hot dogs, nachos, cheesy chips and paninis, plus homemade cakes, sweets and ice creams. A choice of beers, ciders, wine, prosecco and Pimms will also be on sale, plus hot drinks and soft drinks. You are also welcome to bring your own picnics, including food and soft drinks, but (due to licensing rules) please don’t bring your own alcohol to the show. Usual licensing rules apply, no alcohol to be drunk by or supplied to under 18s. Please do not bring glasses or glass bottles to the event, only plastic and cans.

Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be located at the front of the screening area and reserved for you. Please take your seat no later than 15 minutes before the start of the film. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. Please leave the blanket on your deckchair at the end of the show for us to collect.

General Entry Seats: Please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or picnic blanket to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Guests arriving with high-backed chairs may be asked to sit at the sides or rear.

Other Useful Info: please bring practical, warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or put in bins at the venue. Please bring insect repellent if you want to use it, there can be a few midges at dusk.

Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this information on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!

Terms and Conditions: the organiser reserves the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Usual film certification rules apply. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area. Please move to the rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to smoke or vape.
