Event dates: Encanto (Sat 27 Aug), Back to the Future (Sun 28 Aug)

The screenings will take place on a grassed area at the venue. If you’d like to visit the Blue Pool itself as part of the experience, you can access this incredible place for FREE anytime on the day of the show up to 6.30pm by showing your cinema ticket at the entrance kiosk, but must return to the event by no later than 7.30pm, as the pool will close to event guests at this time.

Parking: Free parking for all cinema visitors, please follow steward directions/arrows to the event parking area.

Times: Entry to the screening area from 7pm, both films begin at 8.30pm. Encanto ends at 10.10pm, Back to the Future ends at 10.25pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night).

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night. Tickets will also be available on the gate, and we can accept cash or card payments.

Premium Deckchair Seat tickets: if you have booked a premium deckchair seat, this will be reserved at the front of the screening area right up until the start of the film. Please take your seat no later than 15 minutes before the film begins. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. Please leave the blanket on your seat at the end of the show.

BYO Seat tickets: please remember to bring your own picnic blanket, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located on the ground at the front, with deckchairs and camping chairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Anyone arriving with high-backed camping chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear.

Food and Drink: you are welcome to bring picnics to the event. However, due to licensing restrictions, you are not permitted to bring alcohol with you. An event bar will be open selling alcoholic and soft drinks. Hot food, drinks and ice creams will also be on sale. Please don’t bring any glass containers or bottles to the event.

What to Wear: Please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed toe footwear is also sensible.

Other Useful Info: Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening or use the light on your phone. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.

Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins.

Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to the sides or rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to do this.
