Event date: Thursday 28 July

Location: Hilton Puckrup Hall, Puckrup Lane, Tewkesbury, GL20 6EL. For directions click HERE

Wireless headphones: due to local noise regulations, the sound for the film will be broadcast through wireless headphones which will be given to all ticket holders on arrival.

Parking: free parking is available at the venue. Please follow event signage and steward instructions on arrival.

Times: Entry to the screening area from 7.45pm, film starts 9.15pm, ends at 11.15pm (timings are approximate and subject to weather conditions on the night)

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night.

Premium Deckchair Seat tickets: if you have booked a premium deckchair seat, this will be reserved at the front of the screening area. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the film start time. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. Please leave the blanket on your seat at the end of the show.

BYO Seat tickets: please remember to bring your own picnic blanket, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located on the ground at the front, with deckchairs and camping chairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Anyone arriving with high-backed camping chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear.

Food and Drink: please don’t bring your own food and drink to this show. Hot food, cinema snacks, hot drinks, alcoholic and soft drinks will all be available at the venue. Bag searches may be in operation.

What to Wear: Please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed toe footwear is also sensible. Even after a hot day it can get nippy as night falls!

Other Useful Info: Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening or use the light on your phone. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.

Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins.

Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to the sides or rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to do this.
