Times: Entry to the screening area from 6.30pm, films starts at 8pm, ends at 9.40pm (all timings are approximate and subject to weather conditions on the night). Please note this is an earlier start time than we’d have had back in July when the show was first meant to take place, as the sun sets earlier in September. The timings on your ticket from July are incorrect, and the above timings should be noted. The July tickets are still valid, though!

Parking: Free parking for all visitors just a short walk from the screening area, follow the OPEN AIR CINEMA directional signs from the Farm Shop area on arrival. The screening will take place in the ‘camping field’ close to Over Barn and the microlight field.
Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night. BYO Seat Tickets will also be available on the gate, cash or card payments are accepted.
Food and Drink: please don’t bring your own food and drink to this event. Over Farm will be serving up delicious, locally produced food and drink, including hand pressed 6oz burgers, real pork hot dogs and spicy bean burgers (Vegetarian/Vegan friendly) plus ice cream, popcorn, sweets and event bar selling prosecco, Pimms, local ales and ciders and soft drinks, as well as hot drinks.
COVID Measures: as restrictions have now been lifted in England, we won’t be asking you to wear facemasks to the event, or to socially distance from each other. However, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask either indoors or out, this is fine with us, and we’ll also make sure there’s enough room at the event for you to sit a reasonable distance from neighbouring groups. All premium deckchair seats will still be distanced by group. If you are shielding, or experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, please do not attend the event. We will be happy to offer you a voucher for a future screening, or for you to give your ticket to someone else.
Premium Deckchair Seat tickets: if you have booked a premium deckchair seat, this will be reserved at the front of the screening area right up until the start of the film. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. Please leave the blanket on your seat at the end of the show.
BYO Seat tickets: please remember to bring your own picnic blanket, low-backed camping chair or deckchair to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located on the ground at the front, with deckchairs and camping chairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Anyone arriving with high-backed camping chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear.
Other Useful Info: Please bring warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm if needed. Please bring a torch for toilet trips and for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take any personal litter home.
Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. In the event of needing to postpone or cancel a screening (due to prolonged, heavy rain, high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll e-mail all customers and post on social media. Please look out for this on the day of the screening if the weather is looking dodgy!
Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Usual film certification rules apply. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area. Please move to the rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to smoke or vape.
