Event dates/times: Pretty Woman (Thurs 19 May), entry from 8pm, film starts 9.30pm, ends 11.30pm. Jurassic Park (Fri 20 May), entry from 8pm, film starts 9.30pm, ends 11.30pm. Mamma Mia (Sat 21 May), entry from 8pm, film starts 9.30pm, ends 11.20pm.

Venue: Arrow Valley Country Park, Battens Drive, Redditch, B98 0LJ

Directions/Parking:  free parking is available at the venue on the night of the show. Please follow event signage and steward instructions on arrival. There are roadworks by the entrance to the country park currently (a Lidl’s getting built, you lucky people!), but the park can still be accessed easily. There’s a 2m height limit for vehicles entering the park, though. Directions to the country park can be found HERE

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night.

Food and Drink:you are welcome to bring picnics along to the show, including alcohol. There won’t be a bar or hot food available at the event, so please do bring whatever you fancy! However, please don’t bring any glasses or bottles to the event (plastic only).

Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be located at the front of the screening area and reserved for you right up until the start of the film. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. Please leave the blanket on your deckchair at the end of the show for us to collect.

General Entry Seats: Please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or picnic blanket to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Guests arriving with high-backed chairs may be asked to sit at the sides or rear.

Other Useful Info: please bring practical, warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night. No dogs allowed (except assistance dogs). Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to the sides or rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to do this. Please don’t bring any glass or sharp items to the event. Strictly no fires or BBQs.

Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. Please keep an eye on your inbox, spam folder and our social media channels in the run-up to an event if the weather forecast is looking particularly bad, all customers would be contacted by e-mail if we needed to postpone or cancel due to very poor or hazardous weather.

Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening.
