Event date/timings: Sunday 22 August, entry to the screening area from 7pm, film starts 8.30pm, ends at 10.30pm.

Parking: Free parking for all visitors from 7pm, please follow steward instructions and route signage.

Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night.

COVID Measures: As restrictions have now been lifted in England, we won’t be asking you to wear facemasks to the event, or to socially distance from each other. However, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask at any point, this is fine with us, and we’ll also make sure there’s enough room at the event for you to sit at a reasonable distance from neighbouring groups. All premium deckchair seats will be distanced by group. If you are shielding or experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, please do not attend the event. We will be happy to offer you a voucher for a future screening, or for you to give your ticket to someone else.

Food and Drink: you are not permitted to bring your own food and drink to this event. Hot food and cinema snacks will be available, as well as alcoholic/soft drinks, and hot drinks.

Premium Seats: If you have booked a Premium Seat, this will be located at the front of the screening area and reserved for you right up until the start of the film. You will be given a blanket to use for the evening. Please leave the blanket on your deckchair at the end of the show for us to collect.

General Entry Seats: Please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or picnic blanket to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Guests arriving with high-backed chairs may be asked to sit at the sides or rear.

Other Useful Info: please bring practical, warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue and take your litter home or give to our staff at the end of the night. No dogs allowed (except assistance dogs).

Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. Please keep an eye on your inbox, spam folder and our social media channels in the run-up to an event if the weather forecast is looking particularly bad, all customers would be contacted by e-mail if we needed to postpone or cancel due to very poor or hazardous weather.

Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to the sides or rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to do this.
